1. About AI Guy

AI Guy is operated by Gary Jenkins, an Australian sole trader.

I provide AI Action Plan, a founder-led, business-first Workshop designed to help established businesses identify what needs improving, determine where AI can create meaningful value and agree practical priorities.

I respect your privacy and take reasonable care in handling information you provide through my website, AI Era Readiness Review and related business communications.

2. Information I collect

Depending on your interaction with AI Guy, I may collect:

• Your name, email address and telephone number.
• Your business name, position and decision-making responsibilities.
• Information about your business, including its size, challenges, priorities and objectives.
• Responses submitted through the AI Era Readiness Review.
• Details provided when arranging a Fit Discussion or Workshop.
• Business correspondence and information reasonably required to provide agreed services.
• Website usage and technical information collected through analytics and tracking technologies.

I do not ask you to provide sensitive personal information through the AI Era Readiness Review.

Please avoid submitting passwords, confidential customer information or sensitive personal records unless a separate arrangement has been agreed.

3. How I use your information

I use information for purposes directly associated with AI Action Plan, including:

• Processing and responding to your AI Era Readiness Review.
• Determining whether the Workshop may be relevant to your business.
• Providing access to the AI Action Plan methodology.
• Arranging and conducting Fit Discussions.
• Communicating about Workshop arrangements.
• Preparing and delivering the AI Action Plan and associated materials.
• Maintaining necessary administrative and business records.
• Understanding website activity and improving the enquiry process.

I do not sell your personal information or add Readiness Review applicants to unrelated marketing mailing lists.

4. Information sharing and service providers

I personally manage AI Guy's applicant and client relationships.

I do not sell personal information or disclose it to unrelated businesses for their independent marketing purposes.

I use third-party technology providers to operate the website and enquiry process, including:

• Tally: AI Era Readiness Review forms and responses.
• Calendly: Fit Discussion scheduling.
• Google Gmail: Email communications.
• Google Analytics: Website usage measurement.
• Meta tracking technologies: Advertising and website performance measurement.

These providers may process information as necessary to deliver their services and in accordance with their applicable privacy terms.

5. AI-assisted Workshop activities

AI is used during the AI Action Plan Workshop to assist thinking, analysis and the exploration of business opportunities.

I do not routinely submit identifiable Readiness Review responses or personal contact details to external AI tools for automated assessment.

Any particular arrangements involving confidential client information, AI-assisted processing, recording or transcription will be explained and agreed separately where appropriate.

6. Cookies and website analytics

The AI Guy website may use cookies and related technologies to understand visitor activity, assess advertising effectiveness and support website functionality.

These may include Google Analytics and Meta tracking technologies.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and the relevant service providers' privacy controls.

7. Information storage and security

I take reasonable steps to protect information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure.

Access to applicant and client information within AI Guy is managed by me.

Information may also be stored or processed within the third-party services identified in this policy.

8. Overseas processing

AI Guy operates from Australia.

Some service providers may store, access or process information outside Australia as part of their normal operations.

I do not independently sell or distribute personal information to overseas organisations.

9. Retention of information

I retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage enquiries, provide agreed services, maintain business records and meet applicable legal requirements.

When information is no longer required, I take reasonable steps to delete it or securely dispose of it, subject to relevant record-keeping obligations.

I may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in AI Guy's services, website, service providers or information-handling practices.
